"Yo! Please remind your fellow SLs that Bio Spa starts this week. Those who cannot make it due to orientation/CCA trial matters must attend make-up SPA on Wed after contact time."

She didn't mention about informing her that you won't be able to make it but I think you better inform her to be safe. =D
